3. Services Description

Digital-iQ Computing Training Academy provides computing and IT-related training including but not limited to software applications, programming, digital literacy, hardware maintenance, networking, and professional certification preparation. We offer both in-person and online learning options. Course content, duration, fees, and availability are subject to change at our discretion.

4. Registration and User Accounts
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering.

​

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised account access or security breach.

​

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false, incomplete, or outdated information.

5. Payment, Fees, and Refunds
  • All stated fees are in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payment must be completed before course access is granted, in accordance with the published payment schedule for your selected programme.

​

  • Refund Policy:

    • Requests made within 7 days of enrolment or before the course start date (whichever is later): 80% refund of tuition fees paid.

    • Requests made after 7 days or after course commencement: No refunds will be issued, except at the Academy’s sole discretion.

    • Registration, examination, certification, and material fees are non-refundable.

  • If we cancel a course before it begins, a full refund of all paid tuition will be provided within 14 working days.

​

6. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website and in our training materials — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, curriculum, and courseware — is the intellectual property of Digital-iQ Computing Training Academy or our licensed partners.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sublicense, or commercially use any of our content without our prior written permission.

  • Personal, non-commercial use for your own learning purposes is permitted during your active enrolment period.

7. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:
